Circle French Braid
The girls in Russia certainly know how to braid hair! I discovered this video on YouTube today and would so love to try it out. I'll have to see what I can do...
I have a question. How long did it take you to be able to french braid on yourself that well? I don't french braid often because it always turns out so bad, but I know with practice it can be done very nicely as we can see from your example. Do you often have mistakes, or do your fingers pretty much know where to go easily?
Thank you, Molly! I started French braiding my hair when I was about 13, so I've been doing it for a while by now! I always thought it would be a lot harder than it actually is, and caught on pretty quickly. Sometimes I have little "wrinkles" in the hair I add, but using a comb when I add sections of hair makes my French braid smoother. My Dutch braids never have that problem, so if I'm in a hurry I'll do a Dutch instead of a French braid. I'll have to post more pictures! Happy New Year :-)
