Micronesian Girl~ Spiral Rope Braided Updo

Hello everybody,

Such a pretty updo from one of my Micronesian friends!  Similar to the hairstyle that Lilith Moon uploaded on her Youtube channel, certainly one of the most popular hairstyles on the internet :-)

    Wow. Guess this updo will stand for more than a day without messing up. It would be great if you post step by step photos of making this hairstyle.

      Thank you for commenting! I love this hairstyle, too :-) Actually I have posted step-by-step pictures of this hairstyle here on my blog and also in a post on the LHC. The only difference would be that this is a rope braid (two pieces) while the other is a lace braid (three pieces). Lilith Moon has a Youtube video where she does this same exact hairstyle on herself. It is really good and very clearly explained there~ you'll definitely have to look it up when you get time!     Thank you Andrea. My niece has got a very long hair and I'm gonna try for her. She loves dolling up herself with new looks and hairstyles.
