Simple Braided Hairstyle~ plus UK's Daily Mail features a new article on my hair

Hi friends,

I hope you are having a wonderful Valentine's week!  A few days ago I braided my hair in this simple braided hairstyle.  It's a hybrid braid, which is practically the same as a chunky fishtail braid.  It's a fishtail braid made with four interchanging sections of hair.  I pinned the end of my braid around my head like a halo.  I love this simple boho look.  Thank you for coming to see!  Check out this article that the Daily Mail is featuring about my hair, especially my favorite hair secret of eating a spoonful of peanut butter every day :-)

Elaborate side braid

Hi everyone,

I watched a video on YouTube of an amazing "braid" that is actually made by knotting small strands of hair all the way down, one after the other.  Here is the video, I made a version of this hairstyle as a side braid.  I tied off every few inches then began my braid again.  With the extra long length of my hair, I made a fishtail braid that I brought back up and arranged on top of my first braid.  I love how this hairstyle turned out!  Thank you for coming by to see my pictures <3

Eyelet Braids

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I braided my hair in a combination of a 4-strand braid, a zig-zag part, and a Dutch braid.  I braided the length of my hair in what @haartraum likes to call a hybrid braid, which is basically a chunky fishtail.  I love how this style turned out, it's great for days like yesterday when you are trying to go just one more day without washing your hair ;)

Thank you for coming to see my post!  I hope you have a lovely day.  By the way, I called this eyelet braids because the outer edge of my 4-strand reminded me of eyelet lace :)

Dutch and Fishtail go so well together

Hi friends,

Thank you for visiting my blog!  Today I wore what has become my favorite summer dress.  It's helpful that I am visiting new places, so I'm seeing new people who have not yet seen me in sunflowers :-)  I braided my hair in a combination that I like, a Dutch side braid ending in a fishtail braid.  I looped my fishtail braid up once to make it not quite as long.  This style lasted all day long, thanks to the little clips I used to keep my hair in place.

Triple fishtail flower buns

Hi friends,

Yesterday I braided my hair in two French braided fishtails, then wrapped the ends of my braids up into not two but three fishtail buns.  I added a pearl pin in the center of each bun to create a flower look.  I am usually not very good at French braided fishtails, but these stayed excellently all day long until I took down my hair.

My hair needed to be clarified from all the oils I've been using on the ends lately, so instead of using a mask or even coconut oil, I went straight to C-W-C then did an apple cider vinegar rinse.  I washed my hair earlier in the evening than usual, so it could have more time to air-dry before I went to bed.  I'm very happy with the results, my main hair goal is always to have ends that are healthy and look thick <3
