Woven Palm Branch Braid (aka Ladder Braid)

Hello from the tropics!

Today I made what most folks call a ladder braid, with a waterfall braid and lace braid combined. But since I live on a tropical island, I changed the name to match my surroundings :-)  It's true that this braid resembles very closely a woven palm branch~

    this one looks gorgeous andrea!! I've never tried the waterfall braid, somehow it seems intimidating to me..
