Redhead Days in Breda~ so fun to be one of the crowd

Hello friends,

I am still away from home, so my posts are obviously a bit more sporadic than usual :-) The Redhead Days were such fun, I loved getting to meet new friends and spend time with other friends that I rarely get to see in person since I live so far away. I am already looking forward to Redhead Days 2016 ;-)

TV Special on the Redhead Days

How exciting to actually be interviewed on TV in Breda! I understood the part about a "frau" visiting all the way from Micronesia, an island near Australia :-)

Redhead Days 2015~ I'm finally here! (plus pull-through braid)

What an amazing two days in Breda for the Redhead Days! I got to meet friends and make many new ones. How special to be a part of this event that I have dreamed of going to for years <3 During the closing ceremony, the Burgomaster introduced me and asked me to join him on the balcony. Everyone was so kind and very excited that I travelled practically around the world to come to Breda for the Redhead Days. The group photo was as fun as it looks in the pictures, and afterwards different redhead friends would ask if we could take a picture together. I think it was quite a surprise to see hair as long as mine, and I got to share about my blog and favorite tips for growing long hair~ use lots of conditioner and eat a spoonful of peanut butter every day :-)
     Here are pictures from Saturday and Sunday, and I will post more in another thread. There are much too many for just one post!

Hi everybody!

As you see from the title of my post, I am in Breda at last! The Redhead Days will officially begin tomorrow, but already I've seen many fellow "redheads" in town :-) It was raining this evening, but a few pictures to share none the less~

Redhead Days are almost here!

Hi friends,

The Redhead Days are happening this weekend in Breda, and I can't wait to attend in person :-) What a beautiful day today, walking around Amsterdam and seeing many amazing sights in this lovely old city. Here are pictures of a few things I saw, plus my hairstyle for the day~ an Elsa French braid. At the end of my post I'll share the link to the program magazine for the Redhead event. If you download the pdf file, look at pages 2 and 8 and see if you find a familiar face (or would that be better put, a familiar head of hair :-)
