After curls, a romantic curly braid

Hello friends,

     Thank you for the overwhelming kind response to my romantic Valentine's Day curls.  I didn't comb my hair out that night, instead I tried to keep my hair curly as long as possible so I could make this curly voluminous braid inspired by a SweetHeart's Hair Design video on YouTube.

Big over-the-shoulder braid

     I hope you like my blog's new look, I felt it was time to update a bit and was excited to use my new length picture as the background.  Yesterday I braided my hair in a big over-the-shoulder braid.  The back is a Dutch braid, that is added to another braid then both braids are clipped together to make my over-the-shoulder braid super huge.  What a fun hairstyle!

     My hairstyle today seemed for suitable for ancient Greece than tropical Micronesia, but I went with it anyway.  Fancy that, an over-the-top hairstyle on a sunny island morning :-)

Classic big low bun

Hi friends,

     Today I fixed my hair in a simple, classic hairstyle~ a big low bun with a rope braid accent.  I added flowers to match my dress.  How fun to have a birthday party for a dear friend this afternoon.  I was in charge of the face painting table, what a fun job that turned out to be!  To brighten your day like it did mine, I'll add a few face painting pictures to the end of my post.  Have a lovely new week, and thank you so much for following my posts!
