Retro ponytail look with 5-strand braid

Hi friends,

I love five strand braids and mohawk hairstyles, not to mention hair bows.  This hairstyle has all of these elements!  It's a simple look for every-day, that still looks elegant.  Thank you for visiting my blog!

Navy Blue Bow Updo

Hi dear friends,

I love bows, on my dresses and in my hair~ in this case, literally!  Since my dress had a bow on the front, I fixed my hair in a bow hairstyle to match.  Thank you for coming to see my pictures!

This updo is a half-up-half-down, with a bow in the top half and a looped braid in the bottom half.  Bobby pins and a few small clips kept my hair in place all day long.  Thankfully, I didn't have much trouble undoing my hair when night-time came!

Bow Bun

Hi friends,

I love making hair bows with my new topsy-tail tool that I got in Japan.  This hairstyle is a Dutch headband braid combined with a side bun made with a hair bow wrapped around with another braid.  I love this style!  Thank you so much for coming to see my pictures.  Have a wonderful day <3

Springtime Ponytail

Hi friends,

Today I fixed my hair in a spring-inspired style.  I created a front poofy section, then made a hair bow with part of my hair.  I gathered the length of my hair into a low ponytail, and folded it up into a short ponytail held in place with rose gold clips.  Several people I met throughout the day complimented me on my hairstyle, so kind of them.  Thank you for coming to visit my blog, so kind of you!

Hair Bow and Plum Blossoms

Hello dear friends,

Thank you so much for your patience as I've been very slow to post new pictures on my blog.  My sister and our sweet friend went to see plum blossoms in Kyoto, Japan!  I wore my new jacket and put my hair into a hair bow, made possible by the topsy-tail hair tool I got here in Japan.  How exciting to finally be able to easily make a hair bow, and how lovely to see the beautiful plum blossoms beginning to bloom.  What a fun outing!
