Carousel Braid

Hello friends,

     A few nights ago I watched a tutorial video by Lilith Moon while I was combing my hair, and today I tried her style myself.  It's a carousel braid that I was actually able to do on my own hair, even though I had trouble braiding all the way to the ends since my hair is longer than my arms can reach.  This afternoon I wrapped my braid into a bun and went paddle-boarding with my family, always a fun way to end the day.  I love sitting on my board on the ocean, watching the sun begin to set and looking down at the clear blue water.  Such a lovely spot on our world!

 

 

Lilith Moon-inspired lace braid hairstyle

     Yesterday I saw a picture from Lilith Moon, one of my favorite hairstyle bloggers.  She shared the side view of a hairstyle using two small lace braids and an extra accent braid.  This was such a pretty idea, I tried my own version today, with a side bun instead of a ponytail.  I'm trying out a new phone camera, so my pictures today are screenshots from a video I took showing every angle of this hairstyle.  Thank you for coming to see my new post, I hope you have a lovely week.

Happy Birthday hair-do

Hi everybody,

Today is my birthday!  I fixed my hair in a combination of two of my recent favorite looks, a braided mohawk ponytail and a pull-through braid.  I added little accent braids to my pull-through like Lilith Moon demonstrated in a new video.  A fun hairstyle for my special day :-)
