Waiting for my hair to dry

Trendy look to go with my Singapore dress

     Today I wore my favorite new dress from Singapore, I got it at an H&M store.  I absolutely love it!  I fixed my hair with a front poof, two 4-strand braids and a side bun.  This hairstyle was not very complicated to make, and I like how my hair clips match my dress.  Thank you so much for visiting my blog!

Shiny and Simple French braid updo

Hi friends,

     This morning my hair was still rather wet from when I washed it late last night, but I put it up into a French braid style that combines a poofy front section, two French braids, and a low braided bun.  Whenever I braid my hair while it is still damp, the braids look smooth and fresh all day long, which is so nice.

     I'm so thankful to everyone for the overwhelming positive response to the different articles that have come out the last few days about my hair.  How amazing to be able to share my hair story with the world, and hopefully encourage others to grab that jar of peanut butter and grow hair that is healthy from the inside out :-)  Be sure to check out my updated hair care routine and favorite products' post when you get time.  As always, thank you for visiting my blog, and I wish you a lovely start to the brand-new week.

 

 

Sleek Lace Braid Updo

     I washed my hair late last night, and this morning it still wasn't quite dry.  But thankfully a lace braid updo is easy to do and looks great on wet, damp, or dry hair.  I loved taking the opportunity to try out a few new hairclips that I got recently.  They hold my hair in place all day, and are so pretty to look at <3

Christmas Twist

Thank you for all the views and comments on my new length pictures for December 2016.  I love sharing hair pictures with my friends around the world! This morning I washed my hair, and while it was still wet I twisted it up into a low bun. I'm always amazed at how each hairstyle looks different, even when you try to do the exact same thing you've done before.

Rey's Triple Buns~ a great summer hairstyle

     Thank you for coming to see my new pictures!  Today I wore my still-wet hair in Rey's triple buns, a great summer hairstyle and one of my favorite looks.

Layered cinnamon bun~ my look for today

This morning I divided my still-wet hair into three sections, and coiled them into a large cinnamon bun.  I would make a cinnamon but with one section of hair, then wrap the next section around it.  My small hair clips keep my hair in place all day long.
