Super long 4-strand braid, my hairstyle today

Hi friends,

     This morning I braided my hair in a 4-strand French braid and left the tail long.  In fact it was too long to fit into the picture frame, so I held up the end and later wrapped it around like a shawl.  Braids are so versatile!

4-strand Mohawk braid, my hairstyle today

Hi everyone,

     Today I casually braided my hair in a 4-strand center Mohawk braid, then added a low bun.  I pulled a little one edge of my braid, to make it stand out.  I like combining these types of braids with a low bun or ponytail, it is easy to do but looks like you put some effort into your hairstyle that day :-)

Double Mohawk Buns

Hi friends,

     Thank you for following my blog!  I hope you enjoy seeing my posts even a fraction as much as I enjoy sharing them with you.  I had an idea to make a hairstyle using not one but two rows of Mohawk-style buns.  I held my hair in place with a variety of hairclips.  I like how this turned out and will definitely try it again.

     I hope it's not too noticeable, but I have a bandaid hidden underneath my bangs.  To make a long story short, I hit my head in an accident and cut my forehead.  Hopefully it heals soon!  Until then, I'm glad my fringe can do double duty as camouflage ;-)

 

 

"Ladylike"

     My hairstyle today made me think of one word~ Ladylike.  It's just a simple bun with a bow, but very feminine and understated.  Being ladylike is always in style <3

 

 

Braided Lattice Bun

Hi friends,

     Today I fixed my hair in a style similar to my Thanksgiving Day 2016 hairstyle, but with a few more accent braids than my original version.  First I sectioned off the lower half of my hair, and put the top half into a high bun.  Then I made accent braids with my loose hair, and woven them under and over each other like lattice.  I wrapped the ends of my braids around my bun, and pinned them in place with bobby pins.  I love this hairstyle, even if it takes some extra time and attention to detail.  Thank you for coming to see!
