Rapunzel Braid

Hi dear friends,

Thank you for visiting my blog!  A few days ago I was invited to a young girl's birthday party, to share braids and hairstyles with her and her friends.  This group of 11-year-old girls all loved long hair, and were so excited to see my hair in person.  I tried to dress for the occasion :-)

A long ponytail braid for a Saturday with horses and ponies

Hi friends,

This weekend I helped out at a special event for adopted and foster children, so fun.  I enjoyed trying my hand at hair painting, and even got to do some hair braiding!  The kids had a wonderful time, and so did all us helpers <3

Children always like to see how long my hair is, so I braided my hair in a full-length pull-through braid.  It lasted all day long without looking a bit fuzzy, which is why I love this type of braid so much.  Thank you for coming to see my post!

Even I went on a horse and buggy ride!

3D Pull-through braid, with a 5-strand accent

Hi friends,

I washed my hair last night and wanted to make an extra special braid today, since I was going with friends this evening to see the Great Britian Ukulele Orchestra.  What an exciting evening it was!

I braided my hair in the 3D pull-through braid that I learned from Sweetheart's Hair Design.  When my braid reached about waist length, I braided the rest of my hair in a 5-strand braid and then used this smaller braid to accent my pull-through braid.  I love how this hairstyle turned out, and my favorite part was that it lasted all day long until I took my hair down tonight.  It didn't even tangle!

Thank you so much visiting my blog, I hope you have a lovely day.
